Just found out that NINJASONIK is having a show on January 7th at “The Heist”. The Heist is a Thursday night 18+ spot at Club Tatou in Hollywood. If you frequent this blog, then you know The Wild Ones got love for these NY cats and apparently they do too.
According to their Myspace, the show should be $5-$10, which we assume is based on what time you get there. If you haven’t been to The Heist, its quite an experience. Its a huge venue that plays mostly electro/hyphycrunk/whateverthehell kids listen to these days and is ALWAYS packed. Not our ideal place to see Ninjasonik, but fuck it, we know they will smash the windows out on this place. Just look at their show photos.

As 2009 comes to an end, we reflect on what we have experienced over the past 365 days. Remembering the places we’ve been and the people we have met. We were fortunate enough to have met Vincent Moore, known in the graff community as DUCK or PATOE. DUCK was one of those people you meet and you just know they have a good spirit about them. He always had a smile on his face and was always down to paint. He was down for The Wild Ones movement without question and was a major contributor to TWO in DTLA. DUCK is up all over LA and based on the tribute’s we’ve already seen up, he will be for a long time.(RIP YESKA & DUCK billboard on the 60)
Our hearts go out to his friends and family.
Los Angeles lost a true soldier.

Today I’m posting live from The Wild Ones headquarters. Lots of amazing stuff in store for The Wild Ones in 2010. Ya’ll aren’t ready! Twistin up some classics and bring some new heat. While inside Maxx242’s office, I got a quick flick of a pair of upcoming New Eras. Here’s a peek.
A couple weeks back, Famous had their warehouse sale where a lot of The Wild Ones clothing was available at a huge discount. If you were able to make it out, hopefully you stopped by to watch Maxx242 & Direone rip this “KILLER” piece right here. Maxx242 was behind the octopus, while Dire worked the letters (sexual puns intended). Props go out to these 2 artist, especially since it was windy as fuck and cold so I know this wasn’t an easy task. And you know Maxx242 was sporting that TWO Monogram yeeaup!
Speaking of the TWO Monogram, while peeping out the SURU x Estevan Oriol’s book signing coverage over at XWHEREEAGLESDAREX blog, I spotted this flick. Yup! I know you see those New Era TWO Monogram fitteds in that display case.
On Tuesday night, Famous and Snoop got together to throw a wild ass party at Club Vanguard in Hollywood. Anyone who was anyone was there to see this event pop off. Needless to say, this party was insane. Not only did Travis Barker and Snoop Dogg perform, but Pharell Williams from the Neptunes, Mike Epps, DJ Quik and Game also joined in on the performance. NUTS! If you have watched the recently posted Sex Sells video, then you may have noticed the segment “Catch Us If You Can” (part 2). This segment took place at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood where The Wild Ones crew threw a party/photo shoot in one of the top suites. Here’s just a few flicks from that party.
